What we mean by “personal data”

“Personal data” is information that identifies you directly or indirectly. It can also include de-identified/anonymous information if it is linked to data that can identify you. Information that has been irreversibly anonymized or aggregated is not personal data.

Safety & security first

We follow the principles of lawfulness, fairness, and transparency, collect the minimum data necessary for specific purposes, and use technical/organizational safeguards to protect it. We may verify accounts, monitor for fraud/abuse, and investigate violations of policies or law. These activities rely on our legitimate interests in keeping our services safe.

Information we collect

A) Data you give us

When you create an account, contact support, respond to surveys, use chat/help tools, or make a purchase, we receive information such as your name, email, phone, billing/shipping address, and order details. For purchases we receive payment-related details from our processors (e.g., card type, authorization info). We don’t store full card numbers.

B) Data from your use of our Site/services

When you visit, we may log your device type, unique identifiers, IP address, operating system, browser type, pages viewed, actions taken, diagnostic info, and approximate location (e.g., via IP/GPS where available). We use this to operate, secure, and improve the Site.

How we use personal data

1) Provide, improve, and develop

We process data to run the Site, fulfill orders, provide support, and improve products, services, and ads. We also perform analytics, research, and audits. If you enter promotions, we use your details to administer them (additional rules may apply).

2) Communicate with you

With your prior consent where required, we may send marketing about our products/services, update you about your account or transactions, and notify you of policy/terms changes. You can opt out of marketing any time (see Contact). With your consent, we may work with selected partners who send you offers. We may also personalize content/ads and measure campaign effectiveness.
You can withdraw consent at any time by contacting us.

Cookies (and similar tech)

Cookies are small files stored by your browser. We also use similar technologies (device identifiers, local storage, SDKs). Together, we call them “cookies.”
We use cookies to run the Site, remember preferences, measure performance, understand usage, personalize content, and show/measure advertising. The exact cookies depend on which features you use. Manage cookies in your browser and via our Site’s cookie controls.

When we share information

We share personal data with trusted service providers and strategic partners who help us deliver and improve our products/services and marketing. We share only what’s necessary under agreements that restrict their use. We do not allow third parties to use your data for their own marketing without your express consent.

Storage, transfers & legal grounds

Legal obligations: We may process and retain data to meet laws applicable in your country/region (e.g., tax, accounting, consumer protection).

EEA/UK residents: Where GDPR/UK GDPR applies, our legal bases include contract necessity, legitimate interests, consent, and legal obligation (see above).

Corporate events: If we engage in a merger, acquisition, reorganization, asset sale, bankruptcy, or similar event, we may transfer data as part of the transaction.

Protecting rights / legal requests: We may disclose information to enforce terms, protect our users and operations, prevent fraud, comply with court orders or government requests, or address national security/law-enforcement matters.

Children

Our Site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16 (or the higher age required by law). If you believe a minor has provided data, please contact us so we can delete it.

Your rights

We take reasonable steps to keep your data accurate and up to date. Subject to law, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your data; restrict or object to certain processing; and request portability. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.
To protect privacy, we may request information to verify your identity before fulfilling a request. In some cases the law allows or requires us to refuse certain requests. We aim to respond within 30 days.

Third-party sites & services

Our Site may link to or let you access third-party websites, products, and services. Their privacy practices and content are their responsibility. We encourage you to review their policies before using them.

Security, integrity & retention

We use reasonable technical, administrative, and physical safeguards to prevent unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. No method is perfectly secure. We retain personal data only as long as needed for the purposes described here, unless a longer period is required or permitted by law.

We may update this Privacy Statement as technologies, practices, or regulations evolve. The “Effective date” above tells you when it last changed. By continuing to use the Site after an update, you agree to the revised statement. If you do not agree, please stop using the Site and contact us to close your account.
