Refund & Returns Policy – Weckry

Return window: You have 14 days from delivery to request a return.

Eligibility:
To qualify, items must be in the same condition you received them—unused/unworn, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging. Please keep your receipt or proof of purchase.

How to start a return

  • Email us: support@weckry.com
  • If your request is approved, we’ll send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), the return address/instructions, and a return label.
  • Items sent back without an approved return request (RMA) will be refused.

Additional conditions

  • Used products: If an item has been used or its condition affects resale, we can’t accept the return or exchange.
  • Customer-initiated returns/exchanges (change of mind, wrong size, etc.): No handling fee. You are responsible for any price difference and shipping costs involved.

Damages & issues

Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us right away if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can evaluate and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-returnable items

  • Sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned.
  • Furniture, trailers, and blind-box products are not eligible for return or exchange.

Exchanges

The quickest way to get the right item is to return the original and, once the return is approved, place a new order.

European Union 14-day cooling-off (if applicable)

If an order is shipped into the EU, customers have a 14-day right to cancel or return for any reason. Items must be unused, with tags, in original packaging, and you’ll need the receipt/proof of purchase.
(Note: We currently ship within the U.S.; this clause applies only if EU shipping is offered.)

Refunds

We’ll notify you when your return is received and inspected and confirm approval or rejection. If approved, a refund to your original payment method is typically issued within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
If it’s been more than 15 business days since approval, please email support@weckry.com.

Return shipping, timing & tracking

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
  • Our warehouse cannot accept COD (cash on delivery) packages.
  • After receiving your return instructions, please ship the item within 7 days and email us the tracking number. We can’t process refunds without a valid tracking number.
  • Using a trackable service is strongly recommended.
